We are hiring! Dosatron International, a leader in water driven pumps, is seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team. Job Summary
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, ensuring efficient handling of parcels and freight through various carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your expertise in LTL shipments and warehouse management systems will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

* Prepare parcels for shipment using multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
* Manage and coordinate LTL (Less than Truckload) shipments.
* Operate and maintain warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory.
* Inspect and verify outgoing shipments to ensure that specifications are met.
* Organize and maintain inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
* Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of all shipping activities.
* Follow safety protocols and standards within the warehouse environment.


Basic Qualifications
(Requirement, education (if required), years of experience, language, drivers license, etc)
(No more than 5 requirements)
* High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a shipping and receiving role. Further education or certification in logistics is a preferred.
* Experience with parcel and freight carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
* Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
* Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
* Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Work Arrangement and Physical Requirements:
* The position will be onsite at the Clearwater, facility.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortable standing and walking throughout the day.
