We are looking for a Treatment Services Supervisor who will join our Women's Way residential and outpatient treatment program. Are you that individual?

This is a rewarding position that requires strong community relationship management skills and a generative leadership approach to join our multi-disciplinary team of Substance Abuse Counselors and Support Services Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, select and train substance abuse counselors and complete annual employee performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other program coordinators and supervisors to ensure quality treatment services across the continuum as part of Program Management.
  • Support quality improvement in accordance with all licensing, accreditation, and contract standards in coordination with the Continuum Counselor and QI and Data Tech.
  • Update program schedules, handbooks, phase packets, client documents and agency policies related to substance use treatment programming.
  • Conduct bi-monthly clinical staff meetings and chair weekly treatment team meetings.
  • Participate in advocacy and education efforts in the community and with state partners in gender responsive treatment services.
  • Maintain knowledge on research, best practices and evaluation outcomes data related to gender responsive treatment and make recommendations for program development.
  • In accordance with census needs, may support counseling team as a direct service provider, including some counseling, treatment planning and class facilitation.

Qualifications:

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor Certification (CSAC) and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience required. Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification and/or master's degree in a behavioral health discipline preferred. Preference for a minimum of 5 years' experience in a residential substance use treatment facility for women and/or supervisory or managerial role in any accredited substance use treatment program. Personal vehicle and valid Hawaii State driver license required.

Salary Range based on Education and Experience:

$56,000 - $60,000
