Compensation: $26.44 - $37.98 per hour (Skookum's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs. This position is grant funded, and the length of the assignment depends on funding availability. Current funding is through June 30, 2025. Contract may be renewed beyond June 30, 2025, if funding is available.)
As a Grant Path Coordinator you'll... Coordinates and administers the Glidepath grant program to provide benefit planning, HEN referrals and disperse funds for approved job readiness expenses for eligible FCS Supported Employment enrollees in Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam county. Develop and maintain community partnerships with FCS Supported Employment providers and HEN providers in Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam county to generate referrals for the program. Screen referrals for eligibility for Glidepath and support funds. Provide benefit planning to eligible enrollees and internal clients so they can make informed choices on gaining employment. Develops and implements tracking systems to ensure the timely progress of projects and track support funds. Collaborate with CES Manager to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program outcomes. Travel to Jefferson and Clallam county monthly to provide in-person and virtual meetings with enrollees and agency partners. Spend 78% of your time supporting clients either in the community or in the office. Must have excellent time management, problem-solving, and networking skills along with a professional level written and oral communication skills. Be self-directed, with the ability to work independently and in a team. Must be effective in the use of technology and systematically documenting in a detailed manner
Establish and maintain effective, positive relationships with clients, referral sources, external agencies, and internal departments
Screen referrals for eligibility for Glidepath program and/or client support funds
Refer eligible enrollees to HEN providers for rental assistance after starting employment
Collect information needed to provide benefits planning to enrollees
Meet with enrollees in-person, virtually, both in the office and in the community
Provide benefit planning for Skookum employees as needed
Utilize the information management system to maintain client files, case notes and grant funds dispersal in compliance with contract guidelines
Perform duties in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines governing equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination in the workplace
Prepare for and participate in external and internal audits
Attend trainings and monthly meetings as mandated by grant contract requirements
Knowledge of community resources, HEN program, social service programs and SSI/SSDI
Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and program rules
Operate Skookum provided vehicles or personal vehicle for job duties
Maintain professionalism when conducting business on behalf of Skookum
Competency with technology used to provide services remotely and ability to instruct clients on how to use technology to engage in services
Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit timely
Attend continuing education trainings to stay current with trends in social service programs and disability topics
Attend staff meetings and one-on-one mentoring meetings with CES Manager
Attend and represent Skookum at various networking events and resource fairs

Summary of desired skills and experience for the Skookum Grant Path Coordinator:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Human Services, Social Work, or related field is preferred
6 months - 3 years of previous experience of related experience, required
A CPWIC, CWIC, BWIP certification must be acquired within 6 months of hire, if not already achieved
Combination of previous education and experience, allowed
A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
