Job Description
Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences, and construction management firm, is seeking a SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join our Greater Washington Region Marketing Team (Bremerton, Mukilteo, Puyallup, Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma). This position will require periodic travel within the region for proposal and deliverable support. We are looking for someone who is creative, has an excellent eye for aesthetics, and can use visuals and graphics to share technical information. This position will support graphic needs for proposals, presentations, projects, reports, and documents.

WHO YOU ARE:

Passionate: You have experience with and love to design document layouts, conceptual diagrams, graphics, and infographics/icons to strengthen our proposals, client deliverables, project reports, slide presentations, interactive PDFs, brochures, illustrations, fact sheets, and presentation boards.

Experience: Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field of study or equivalent experience. 5+ years of graphics experience in the A&E industry (preferred) and focused on high quality design products for both technical proposals and client deliverables. Ability to interpret technical direction and initiate graphic development.

Knowledgeable: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and other presentation software.

Strong Communication Skills: Innate ability to express complex ideas and convey information in a reader friendly format and collaborate internally to brainstorm the best approach to graphic-focused deliverables.

Relationship-focused: Successful members of our marketing and project delivery groups combine a collaborative, flexible approach with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to produce quality work that will help the team succeed. It is also important to have great attention to detail and excel at multitasking and time management.

Salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
