Global Process Owner ATR at a glance

This role is responsible for and mandated to drive the Global ATR enterprise strategy, and their continued enhancement in support of delivering KraftHeinz Global Business objectives. You will also own the performance of this function and identify, design and lead the individual business process transformation initiatives.This role will be expected to drive GBS through its next phase by creating value through consumer-centric and innovative solution

  • Able to develop clear vision of excellence in their area
  • Align all strategic initiatives for processes, policies and technologies across geographies at Enterprise level
  • Ensures that related process activities and plans are consistent with the objectives of the company
  • Owns performance, process design and technology enablement
  • The GPO will be responsible for going before the CAPEX and Financial committees, present the business cases for the initiatives identified and request funding to support such
  • Work cross-functionally with the business to define the optimal business process, including the associated policies, controls and SOP's
  • Define and own the SLA and KPI to measure end-to-end process performance, efficiency and quality.
