NOTE: MultiCare welcomes and encourages all qualified applicants to apply. This position will work remotely but the primary residence must be within the Puget Sound Region within the State of Washington.

Position Summary

The Employee Wellness Partner is responsible for contributing to the strategic development of a system-wide and interdisciplinary employee focused program(s) to support, inspire and move populations to improved well-being and quality of life. The Employee Wellness Partner works on an interdisciplinary team member in the provision of services; contributes to program development in conjunction with diverse groups, stakeholders/programs, system leaders, organizational networks, and community allies and provides innovative, progressive and evidenced-based support, educational seminars, and training to positively impact engagement rates, wellness, and promote workplace success and satisfaction.

This job includes regular travel throughout MultiCare Health System.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social science (psychology, public health, sociology) or related field; a Bachelor's degree may be considered with a total of 4 years of experience
  • 2 years of experience in professional or technical role/function
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in leading groups presentations
  • Employee must provide automobile for use in their work and be able to comply with MHS Policy on Vehicle Use, Employee Owned. Policy available on request

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $61,422.00 - $89,211.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
