Position Title: Air Elite Member Experience & Training Specialist

Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Air Elite Network customer relationship management, training, and network communications. High-touch communication to existing customers through program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a World Fuel liaison with Air Elite members to build, maintain, and retain customer relationships.
  • Professionally communicate the Air Elite and World Fuel values through a complete sales cycle.
  • Guide, promote, and manage training materials, including training decks, Kahoot, and other training assets.
Job Requirements/Description:

The position will be to support the existing network members with program adoption, training, and audit processes. To support these functions, travel to FBO/Handler (member) locations globally for onsite training and continued web-based training will be instrumental to the success of the position.

This position will manage and maintain all training material, including presentations, forms, and branded materials for meetings and training.

This position will support the management and implementation of network meetings and content development. This position will be directed by World Kinect policy.

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of business experience.
  • Organizational proficiency and time management experience with time-driven projects.
  • Customer service/care skills.
  • Public speaking, training, and presentation skills to support the training delivery.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, etc.) Business Management, Marketing or Communications degrees preferred.

  • Formal training in Public Speaking is preferred.
  • Examples of training include Certified Speaking Professional - CSP, Certified Professional in Talent Development - CPTD, or other online college Certificate in Public Speaking

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Must have Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook experience.
  • Must be able to confidently speak publicly and represent World Fuel and Air Elite.
  • Must have training skills with training certification highly recommended.
  • Social Media administration experience is highly recommended.
  • Aviation industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Business education is a plus to have a full understanding in the manner we assist our customers in their business model and profitability goals.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements: Travel will be global and year-round. The position regularly works additional hours during the week or on weekends and evenings; responsibilities of the position may require telephone contact at unusual hours. The requirement is to the extent that there is some intrusion into personal or family life.
