What you'll be doing...
As an Equipment Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating equipment installation projects across the region, from start to finish. This includes all aspects of equipment installation, from creating the installation punch list to actual hands-on installation work at client sites. A key aspect of your work involves facilitating communication between sales, service, contractors, and clients - creating an Exceptional Client Experience for every Burkhart client.

  • COMMUNICATION (SALES): You communicate exceptionally well with your team, branch associates, Burkhart clients, and others, support collaboration between sales and service, and you keep everyone in the loop.
  • PRODUCTIVITY: You work efficiently to meet deadlines, performance and productivity standards and independently manage your workload.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Your projects are highly organized, timely, and managed in a way that creates an exceptional experience for clients & Burkhart associates. Stakeholders receive consistent, quality updates, know when milestones are reached (or are at risk of delay) and can make business decisions based on data you provide.
  • TEAM SUPPORT: You facilitate the success of your team by making sure that your team has the tools and support they need to meet their goals. Your team can depend on you to be highly organized and provide high quality work in a timely manner.
What you'll need...
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2 years of project coordination experience required.
  • 1 year of Field Service Technician experience required.
  • The associate must maintain a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record (as defined by Burkhart's liability insurance), and be insurable at all times. Approximately 70% of the associate's time will be spent on customer job sites and this position may at times be required to drive Burkhart vehicles.
Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience:
  • Experience with installation of dental equipment, sales experience, and customer service experience.
  • Experience with migration from manual to digital (cloud-based) technology solutions.
Salary Info:
  • Salary Range up to $85,000 annually.
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
