Position Overview

As the Senior IT Project Manager of Ecommerce, you will play a critical role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of our Ecommerce initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, systems analysts, technical program managers as well as business partners from the Direct-to-Consumer team, Customer Success, Logistics, Finance, and global IT team. You will be responsible for many projects ranging in size and scope, and you will apply agile and traditional methodologies to define, prioritize and implement features and capabilities. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for multiple Ecommerce technology projects, from initiation to closure.
  • Efficiently coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to gather requirements, define scope, and align expectations.
  • Drive Agile methodologies, orchestrating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide coaching and training for team members' proficiency.
  • Tailor project delivery methods - Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid - for optimal outcomes, recognizing the unique needs of each project.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Stanley's business, processes, and Ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Develop strong relationships with leadership teams and subject matter experts.
  • Drive ongoing process improvement while aiding in maintenance and implementation efforts.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering growth through strategic thinking, thought leadership, and partnership


Who You Are

  • Knowledge of underlying Ecomm conversion funnels, workflows, and processes
  • Proven experience as a certified Scrum Master, adept at efficiently handling the backlog for multiple development teams for at least 3 years.
  • Experience managing external vendors and consultants.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify for self and others.
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a project manager in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Extensive experience with Shopify or related SaaS based Ecommerce technologies SFCC, Magento, or similar.
  • PMP or CAPM certification or work experience demonstrating equivalent proficiency.


Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 annually

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
