The IT Service Desk position will provide customer service for Government clientele in a forward-facing environment at the IT Support Counter. Assist end-users with troubleshooting non-functioning computers, printers, tablets, cellphones, & various other IT equipment. Maintain the printer consumable program through usage metrics and inventory management. Maintain the IT peripheral issuance and ordering process to supply end-users with various computer peripherals such as keyboards, mice, common access card readers & microphone headsets.
