Job Description
Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Quantitative UX researcher . This is a 12 month + contract and hybrid remote position located in Seattle, WA.

Summary:
  • The CoreX team, a part of Consumer Shopping, is seeking a UX Researcher for a 12-month engagement (end-of-April/early-May 2024 to end-of-April/early-May 2025).
  • The majority of research projects will focus on evaluating new designs, product concepts, and metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Design surveys aligned to research needs and product questions.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members, including UX engineers and designers, to build and execute your surveys.
  • Pilot and analyze surveys, from initial cognitive walkthroughs to statistical analysis of both closed- and open-ended responses.
  • Articulate key insights through clear and comprehensive written reports, compelling data visualization and decks. Present findings to a diverse audience, including senior leaders.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years industry experience conducting user research in a professional context.
  • Solid understanding of survey design best practices.
  • Experience analyzing large-scale data using R or Python using appropriate statistical methods.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a research-focused field and/or sufficient experience to demonstrate qualifications for the tasks above.
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
