As the Senior Executive Assistant to MCG's CEO and VP, People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive team by providing high-level administrative support, planning events, coordinating workplace services, along with managing various tasks and projects. You will work closely with your assigned executives to provide calendar support, streamline their workflows, anticipate needs, and handle matters efficiently and professionally. In addition to the foundational work of being an EA, you will also function as a Team Lead to our three Sr. EAs supporting the remainder of the Executive Team (ET), ensuring our EA team is well-coordinated and there is consistent, reliable administrative support across the company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to bring clarity and structure into the organization.
