Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is currently hiring a Commercial Loan Specialist in downtown Seattle. This position is a hybrid role.

This specialist will do the following:

* Provides administrative and/or operational support within one or more of the following loan areas; processing payments, loan advances and paydowns, process incoming/outgoing wire transfers; loan servicing and maintenance, participations, syndications, boarding of all types of loans, including but not limited to: Consumer and Home Equity Lines of Credit, Real Estate, Commercial, Construction, Letter of Credit; etc. Responsible for verifying completeness of files with all necessary documents and signatures required Maintains Note file, and physical documents for collateral files, etc.

* Researches and resolves lending and customer inquiries and issues

* Pull daily, monthly/quarterly reports and process as required.

* Responsible for post-closing items including but not limited to: ticklers, filing, scanning, answer questions and follow up with other vendors or the employees

* Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of previous banking or loan processing, documentation, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

* Proficient knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, documentation and loan systems including Fiserv - ITI - Navigator

* Knowledge of banking process and procedures helpful

* Must have strong organizational and customer service skills

* Must be accurate, possess numeric and verbal aptitudes

* Strong research, audit and communications skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines

* Proficient working knowledge computer program i.e Microsoft Word and Excel; word processing, spreadsheets and loan calculations or related software
