Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting a Financial Analyst to join their team on-site role working in Tukwila, WA.

What you will be doing:

As a Financial Analyst at Sabey Data Centers, you'll play a pivotal role within our finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. Your expertise will be crucial in bolstering our operational efficiency and guiding strategic decision-making as we continue to grow at a fast pace in the high-growth market of data centers. Your duties will include managing internal financial models, forecasting capital expenditures, and analyzing project budgets. You'll also provide support throughout our annual budgeting process, prepare financial summaries for senior management and the board, and evaluate the profitability of new deals, renewals, and new business initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to propelling Sabey Data Centers toward financial success and solidifying our position as a leader in this dynamic industry.

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is $67,949 - $101,923.

How you will be spending your time:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain internal discounted cash flow model for quarterly business valuations. Specifically, collect from internal sources changes to modeling assumptions quarterly, input changes, and reporting on resulting valuation changes.
  • Develop accurate and detailed forecasts for capital expenditures by project and campus.
  • Analyze and evaluate construction project budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide financial support throughout the annual budgeting process.
  • Analyze financial data to compare actual performance against budgeted projections, forecast trends, and extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support internal and external property appraisals.
  • Prepare financial summaries for the SDC Management Team and the Board of Directors
  • Analyze new deals, renewals, and new business initiatives to determine profitability for the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to interface with technology and operate a computer.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of Sabey employees, communicate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a directly related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a financial analyst position or a similar role preferred.
  • Experience with real estate finance is a plus.

  • MINIMUM COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in financial analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of key concepts including NPV and IRR.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis (including identifying financial discrepancies).
  • Project management skills - must be able to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills - must be able to demonstrate critical thinking and quantitative reasoning.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English Language - ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal comprehension and expression.
