Job Description

Engages in a variety of activities in support of a particular program or set of programs.

Prepares and reviews documentation including policies, templates, specifications and technical reports.

Manages customer expectations, documents requirements and changes, creates proposals and modifies bids.

Develops and trains engineers in testing protocols and quality control measures.

Coordinates projects, budgets, proposals, and contracts throughout the organization.

Builds organizational capabilities.

Conducts strategic planning.

Regularly interfaces with organization's executive leadership.

* KNOWLEDGE: As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.


* JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on issues that impact design/selling success. Often serves as consultant to management and external spokesperson for the organization.


* SUPERVISION: Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.


* EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 20+ years of related experience. Related Bachelors Degree Required.
