Description
Position Summary:Responsible to install insulation materials into curbs and crate final products while maintaining CDI quality standards.Essential Functions:Measure unit wallsInstall insulation materials, lifting lugs, foil tape and labels to CDI specifications.Operate the glue gun, drill, sprayer, and pin spotter to make productClean welds and apply cold galv spray to CDI specs.Log work in computer and move to cratingMeasure units to determine critical dimensions and weightsCut 2X4s to correct measurementsConstructing crate by utilizing pneumatic nail gunPrepare units for shippingLoad trucks based on carrierOther duties assigned
Requirements
Performance measures:AttendanceProductivityAccuracyNumber of quality issuesRequired experience:High School graduate/GEDMust be able to read a tape measureAbility to accept responsibilityAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughly and complete work in a timely mannerWorking Conditions:Ability to continuously stand or walkAbility to frequently bend, twist, grip, squat and liftAbility to lift 75 pounds occasionally
